This summary mirrors the information we declare in Google Play's Data Safety section and Apple's App Privacy section. The full policy below explains each item in plain language.

1. Who we are
Revisita (“the app”) is published by BWE Ltd., a limited liability company registered in Bulgaria (Reg. No. 204048699, VAT BG204048699), trading as Atelier Nortia. In this document, “we” and “us” mean BWE Ltd. “You” means the person using the app.

2. Data the app accesses on your device
Revisita works entirely on your device. With your permission, the app accesses:
- Your photo library — so you can choose photographs to include in your series. You grant this permission through your operating system, and you can revoke it at any time in your device settings.
- Local storage on your device — where Revisita keeps the series, captions, and arrangements you create.
Revisita does not request or use location, camera, microphone, contacts, calendar, SMS, call history, or any other system data.
3. Data that leaves your device
No photographs, series, captions, settings, or any other content created in Revisita is sent to BWE Ltd. or to any third party by the app itself.
When you tap “Share”
Revisita uses your device's standard share sheet (the OS-provided dialog that appears when you tap Share). When you choose a destination — Photos, Google Drive, Mail, Messages, or another app — the operating system hands the file directly to the destination you picked. Revisita is not involved in that transfer and does not see where the file goes. The privacy practices of the destination app or service apply once the file leaves Revisita.
App updates
Revisita does not check for updates itself. Updates are delivered and announced by the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, using each store's standard update mechanism. We do not receive or process any data through this channel.
4. Analytics, tracking and advertising
Revisita contains no analytics SDK, no tracking SDK, and no advertising SDK. We do not use Firebase Analytics, Google Analytics for Firebase, Mixpanel, Adjust, Branch, Meta SDK, or any comparable service. The app does not assign you an identifier, fingerprint, or pseudonym.
5. Crash reports and diagnostics
Revisita does not collect crash reports, performance metrics, or diagnostics. If your operating system (Apple or Google) collects diagnostic data when you have opted in to share it with the OS vendor, that data is sent to Apple or Google under their own policies, not to us, and we have no access to it.
6. Purchases and the one-time unlock
Revisita is free to use. An optional one-time payment unlocks additional features.
All payments are handled by Google Play Billing (Android) or Apple's App Store / StoreKit (iOS). We never see your name, email, payment details, or billing address. The store tells Revisita only whether your device has a valid entitlement for the unlock. The unlock is tied to your Google account or Apple ID, so if you reinstall the app or set up a new device under the same account, you can restore the unlock through the app.
Refunds and billing questions are handled by the relevant store under its own policy.
7. No user account
Revisita does not require, offer, or maintain user accounts. You do not register with us. You do not give us an email address or password. There is no profile to manage and no server-side record of you.
8. Children
Revisita is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in jurisdictions where that is the applicable age of digital consent, including parts of the European Union). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children, because we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone.
9. Your rights under the EU GDPR and other laws
Because Revisita does not collect personal data, we generally do not hold personal data about you. We do, however, recognise that you have the following rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and equivalent laws (including the UK GDPR and Bulgaria's Personal Data Protection Act):
- The right of access to any personal data we hold about you;
- The right of rectification of inaccurate data;
- The right of erasure ("right to be forgotten");
- The right to restrict processing;
- The right to object to processing;
- The right to data portability;
- The right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Bulgaria, the Commission for Personal Data Protection — cpdp.bg; in your country of residence, your national authority).
To exercise any of these rights, write to revisita@ateliernortia.com. We will respond within 30 days. See also our data-deletion page for the simplest way to remove your Revisita data: uninstall the app.
10. Data Controller and EU representation
The data controller for any personal data we may receive (for example, when you write to us) is BWE Ltd., Varna, Bulgaria. As BWE Ltd. is established in the European Union, we are subject to the GDPR directly and no separate EU representative is required under Article 27 GDPR.
11. International users
The app is available worldwide. The minimal personal data you may send us through email correspondence is processed in Bulgaria (European Union). Where applicable law gives you stronger rights than this policy provides, those rights still apply.
12. Third-party services we rely on
The app itself does not embed any third-party SDKs. However, distribution and platform-level features are provided by:
- Google Play (Android distribution, billing, updates) — governed by Google's own Privacy Policy.
- Apple App Store and StoreKit (iOS distribution, billing, updates) — governed by Apple's own Privacy Policy.
- Cloudflare hosts this website (the Privacy Policy, Terms, Support pages and marketing site). Cloudflare processes standard server logs (IP addresses, request timestamps) to deliver and protect the site, under Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
13. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the “Effective” date at the top of the page. Material changes will be highlighted at the top of this page for at least 30 days, and, where required by law, communicated in the app before they take effect.
14. Governing language
The English version of this policy is the governing version. Translations, if any, are provided for convenience.
