1. Who we are
Revisita (“the app”) is published by Atelier Nortia [legal form — e.g. sole proprietor / EOOD / Ltd.], based in [country/city]. In this document, “we” and “us” mean Atelier Nortia. “You” means the person using the app.

2. What data the app accesses
Revisita is designed to work entirely on your device. The app may request access to:
- Your photo library, so you can choose photographs to include in your series. You grant this permission through your operating system; you can revoke it at any time in your device settings.
- Local storage on your device, where Revisita keeps the series, captions, and arrangements you create.
Revisita does not access your contacts, location, microphone, camera, calendar, or any other system data.
3. What data leaves your device
None of your photographs, series, captions, or other content created in Revisita is sent to us or to any third party.
The app does not include third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. We do not maintain user accounts and we do not have a server that stores user data.
Crash reports

Option A: Revisita uses the standard crash-reporting provided by [Apple / Google] when you opt in to share diagnostic data with the operating system. These reports do not include your photographs. You can disable this in your device settings.
Option B: Revisita does not collect crash reports or diagnostic data.
4. Purchases
If Revisita offers paid features, purchases are handled by [the App Store / Google Play]. We receive only the information needed to confirm your purchase and to provide the feature you paid for. We do not see your payment details.
5. Children
Revisita is not directed at children under [13 / 16, depending on jurisdiction]. We do not knowingly collect data from children, because we do not knowingly collect data from anyone.
6. Your rights
Because Revisita stores your content on your own device and we do not receive it, you control your data directly: deleting the app removes the data you created in it. If you believe we have nonetheless processed personal data about you, you have the right under applicable law (including the EU GDPR) to ask us about it, correct it, or have it deleted. 7. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the “Effective” date above and, where the change is material, note it at the top of this page for a reasonable period.
